We collaborated with Greg to develop a customized digital solution that would position D'Agostino Wine for growth.
A new website was created that delivered a premium brand experience, not only increasing the conversion rate of D'Agostino Wine's online sales but also encouraging repeat orders. The website also leveraged Shopify's technology to eliminate issues in the fulfillment pipeline and automate processes that had been manual before, freeing up staff to concentrate on the core business.
An email marketing solution was developed that enabled users to fully track their orders, freeing staff from having to deal with customer queries, while building a mailing list of engaged customers that could be targeted in future marketing campaigns.
A dashboard was built so that the team could track sales figures in real-time and measure the success of their promotional efforts.
We also developed D'Agostino Wine brand guidelines to help them target a younger consumer audience, along with a framework that enabled them to market to secondary target audiences, such as retailers.
