I've spent close to two decades leading digital commerce — building the teams, systems, and channels that drive revenue, and staying close enough to the work to know when something's actually moving the number.

I started BFX because too many smaller brands end up paying for an account-manager layer instead of the senior operators doing the work. This one's built the other way around — a small team of specialists, led directly, with the person responsible for your outcomes on every call.
